I love making tofu with a vegetable and grain side, but I'm looking for more one pot or one dish meals if that makes sense. This week I made tofu masaman curry and tofu tacos for the first time and would love more ideas. Not the biggest stir fry fan, either. Any advice/ideas appreciated :)
