I am looking for a good orange cake recipe. Someone I knew used to make orange (pound?) cake and the only thing I remember is that she used to put one cup of orange juice in it. It was soft, melt in your mouth, bursting with orange flavour. All the other cakes I have tried aren’t orange-y enough for me and have a very subtle orange taste.
(Can’t ask her the recipe we lost touch years ago)
