Today I made carrot cake. It was a bit challenging due to lack of liquid in the batter but I solved it with adding more milk! The outcome was perfect!

So my reciepe:

1) 1 egg 2) 1 spoon of oil 3) 3/4 cup of sugar 4) 1 spoon of cinnamon 5) 1 spoon of baking powder 6) 1.5 flour 7) 1 cup of milk

Mix all together. Then put it in the oven leave it on medium heat for 15 minutes then decrease the heat into low for another 15 minutes or so.

Also dont forget to grease your pan with oil and flour so your cake wont stick or burn. And remember, cooking is a chemistry.
