I am keeping myself distracted ( and happy) by cooking something new in every meal :D
Have never been able to make gnocchi successfully. It's either falling apart or too hard. Can anyone share a personal recipe, tips and tricks to get it right ?
Also looking for an authentic recipe - sauce and ingredients. For sauce I have at home - seafood, tilapia, chicken and some ground beef, parmesan cheese, milk, no tomato just have some tomato paste and a variety of dry herbs.
