2 minute Choc Mint Mug Cake for Microwaves

This is my version of a choc Mint mug cake. I've simplified the recipe for a quick make. It tastes absolutely delicious however there are still a few links to flatten Tastes amazing though 😋

Ingredients

•1/4 Cup SR flour •30 ml Milk •1 tablespoon Butter •5ml (Or as desired) Peppermint Escence •Heaped Tablespoon Sugar •1 Tablespoon Coco powder •1 1/2 TSP Nutella •1/4 TSP Baking Powder •Fresh mint leaves

Method 1. Melt All Butter in Microwave for 20 Seconds, then stir until a liquid 2. Add milk to the Mixture 3. Stir for a few seconds 4. Next, add flour, Baking powder, Nutella and stir Only for 5 Seconds at a medium speed 6. Add Coco powder, stir for 5 Seconds then add Peppermint Escence 7. Stir for as long as desired but make sure all flour clumps are destroyed 8. Place in Microwave and Microwave for 45 seconds, then another 20 Seconds (For me 20s is Gooey) depending if you want it gooey or depending on Your microwave 9. Dust with icing sugar and/or Chocolate peices / shards; add fresh mint on-top. 10. Enjoy

Notes: -Make sure not to add Peppermint Escence at the same time of milk and butter. The butter will reduce the strength of the peppermint.

-You can add the mint into the cake but don't use too much

  • Also you can add choc chips into the recipie, but don't use more than 50 grams. ( I recommend White chocolate)

bon appetit
