I was thinking of make a steak with some mash potatoes and gravy for dinner tonight, but looking through the first couple of pages for gravy recipes on The Google - especially around this time of year - all came back with "First, make a turkey. . . . "
Great. I don't want a whole damn turkey. I just want some gravy.
So, can someone point me towards an easy, turkey free, reasonably tasty gravy recipe?
