Dear recipes :)
I have been learning some things about cooking and would like to advance to the next level which I deduced as "massive chunk of juicy meat". Now I have over time tried things but never n this area. So i am looking for a relativelly foolproof recipe. Oven and pans available. Time available. I am fine buying a good cut of meat (if that is the expression) but with the risk of it being destroyed I am quite happy to go with something non- expensive :)
