Looking for a recipe that was on gif recipes. But I cannot find it, searching /r/gifrecipes.

It was for Mozzarella cheese sticks. It involved cream cheese. Part of the process involved flattening the cheese into a big flat plate, and freezing it before cutting.

That's all I know.
