Saw this super yummy recipe on Baker's Cousin and wanted to share!
I love when quinoa is used in recipes, I feel like it's not used enough and really adds a nice flavor to some traditional dishes. I'm also a big peanut butter and chocolate fan so these babies were a hit when I made them.
