I really do not enjoy fish, or most seafood for that matter (save for lobster/crab with copious amounts of garlic butter) - never have, and though I've grown out of a lot of my dislikes reaching adulthood, fish and onions are two that have stuck around. In the interest of getting in healthier habits sooner rather than later, though (I'm 22 now), I'm trying to make an effort to incorporate fish into my diet occasionally.
Lately I've been buying steelhead as I find it to be a good balance of milder flavour but still decently nutritious, but I have literally one way of cooking it that I've found I like (pan-fried with this spice blend http://ift.tt/1NWmePy) and would love a little more variety; also, recipes for true salmon species that cut down on the "fishy" flavour. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone!
bon appetit
