Simple Sauted Spinach – Healthy DIY Recipe

Ingredients

1) Spinach/Bhagi

2) Ginger 3) Tumeric powder

4) Cinnamon

5) Sea Salt 6) Dried herbs (basil & Oregano) 7) Ketchup 8) 2 tbs Water 9) Garlic

Instructions

Place a bit of olive oil in the pan

Add all the ingredients to the pan

Cover it and allow it to steam for 7-10 minutes
