[Improvement request] Zhak's best frozen sandwich

It's always hot where I live, so I've tried to come up with a frozen sandwich that I can bring out with me and eat cold. I am hoping to get some suggestions on how to improve my sandwich. (If you need a scenario where this sandwich would be good, think of a really hot day at the beach)

So it's really quite simple (in order of appearance): - slice of wholemeal bread - pepper - honey (applied generously to underside of bread) - onion rings (raw) - capsicum rings (red, yellow, or green) - thick slice of tomato - apple baked ham (from the grocers, enough meat for every bite) - iceberg lettuce (enough to jutt out of the sandwich) - square of emmental cheese - slice of wholemeal bread

Once the sandwich is assembled, I usually wrap it in cling film, then leave it in the freezer overnight. I'll bring it with my the next day in a small cooler bag, and eat it with some slushy juice boxes. Usually the tomatoes will still be pretty icy while the lettuce and onions will remain crisp from the chill.

I'd appreciate any ideas you guys may have for making this sandwich even better, tastier, or any other improvement. If anyone tries to make this, I'd recommend making two portions since I find its too yummy to just stop at one.

bon appetit
