I went to my aunt and uncles house for supper the other day and they had this Ukrainian recipe for marinated chicken. They were very secretive about the recipe and would not tell me the whole ingredients list besides it had to be made it large batches (he had said around 10lbs) at a time and marinated for ~3 days.
Is there a popular recipe like this around? Or do you figure it was a family recipe thy had gotten?
