Need help with recipes I can make in China! No fancy ingredients!

I don't know if this is the right subreddit for this post. BUT I need help. I moved to China this year and I am trying to learn to eat better. I have been scouring the internet for recipes that I can take to work, but haven't been able to find many things that fit my particular situation...so here it is:

  1. I live in China and it is difficult or impossible to get things like beans, most cheese, normal bacon (Chinese bacon is SO NOT bacon), quinoa, kale, chickpeas, couscous, many western spices (I can find them, but they're expensive), real mayo or mustard, any bread other than basic sliced bread (although I did find a tortilla hook-up), etc.
  2. I have no oven or toaster oven, but I do have a microwave.
  3. My freezer is tiny.
  4. I work from about 11am-10pm on weekdays and 8:30am-7:30pm on weekends. I have two days off during the week and I would like to prepare a lot of things ahead of time so that I don't have to spend my precious mornings during the week making food.
  5. Preferably I need enough recipes to cycle through every few weeks...
  6. I like Chinese food and other Asian flavors...but I would love to have other things to eat.

Help?

bon appetit
