No more McDonalds or Wendy's! Make classic burger on your own. With caramelized onion

Ingredients(6 burgers) 1 pound beef. Leaner, better. 2 large onions 6 pairs of burger buns of your choice Salt, pepper, and sugar. Pepperjack cheese. 3 tbsp of butter *Caramelized Onions first. 1. Melt butter at medium-low heat. 2. Chop onions into very thins slices, at least 1/8 inch. Throw them in the pan. Stir it once in a while and at pinch of salt and sugar. 3. The onion should be really soft-mushy around 5 min mark. Stir occasionally(pay attention not to burn!!), and it will turn brown around 20 min mark. Do this until it is very, very dark golden brown. Add 3tbsp of water to deglaze the pan, and then your onion is ready.

Patty part 1. Heat the pan at medium and slightly grease it with cooking oil. 2. Add salt/pepper in beef, mix well, and make a patty that is at least 1 inch larger in radius than that of burger(meat shrinks when cooked) 3. Grill the patties until each side is crispy dark brown. 4. Just put patties, caramelized onion and cheese, done@
