[Question] Is a two-month old stale baguette still usable?

So I was looking in my pantry and found a baguette I bought around two months ago and forgot about. It's hard as a rock, of course, but I wanted to use it for stuffing for a roast chicken tonight. Is it still edible? I'm just wondering based on food safety issues and whatnot. Doesn't look like any mold has gotten to it or anything, it was kept in a cool and dry place.

It was kept in a paper sleeve the whole time, if that's important
