[REQUEST] I'm making asparagus with mousseline sauce and need a good fish recipe to pair with it.

I had a great asparagus fish while in Paris and I wanted to try to recreate it. However, I wanted a whole meal, so I wanted to make fish with it too. Any suggestions for a fish that would pair well and a sauce I can make for it?
