There use to be this puerto rican place about an hour from us that me and my life loved. They had the best beans and chicken that were well worth stopping for anytime we were even remotely close. Sadly they closed down and now every time we drive past it we talk about how much we miss eating from there.
Anyone got some good recipies they wouldnt mind sharing? Mainly im hoping to score a recipe that comes close to what their beans were like but im down to try whatever gets posted and make an entire puerto rican meal.
