Chia chocolate energy balls

Ingredients

1 cup 1/2 pitted Medjool dates 1 cup walnuts 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup dark chocolate chipits 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cup cocoa powder 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the food processor, add water if necessary, and pulse until it becomes a dough ball. Roll balls into your hands. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
