White Bruschetta

This has simple ingredients but such great flavor.

Ingredients:

  • One skinny Baguette (cut diagonal if you want to be fancy, sourdough is the best).
  • Parmesan Cheese (sliced ultra thin).
  • Garlic (3 cloves).
  • Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Olive Oil.

Directions

  1. Place the sliced bread on a sheet pan, and put in the oven at 300 degrees. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Toast for 5 minutes, then turn the slices toasted side down.
  3. Drizzle this side with olive oil, and toast for 5 - 10 minutes (until brown). Take out of the oven.
  4. Cut the garlic cloves in half, and rub on the warm toasted baguette. The garlic will melt into the bread. Do this on both sides for maximum deliciousness.
  5. Place the sliced parmesan on the bread (it's not supposed to get melted) and then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Try not to eat it all before you make someone else's day by giving them some.

bon appetit
