INGREDIENTS

Portobello

Smoked bacon

Mozzarella cheese

Olive oil

Balsamic vinager

Salt and pepper

Ground pepper

Paprika
LET'S GET COOKING...

Remove the portobello's small branch. Marinate the portobello in a 3 part olive oil mixture 1 of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, ground pepper and paprika.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the bacon in slices and grill until they brown. Let cool and then chop.

Add grated mozzarella and cook for 5 more minutes.

Remove from grill and on top, add the chopped bacon.
