INGREDIENTS
- 4 ears of corn, husked and silked
- 1 tsp ground red chili powder
- 1 tsp amchoor powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp black salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 limes, split in half
LET'S GET COOKING...

On an open flame, grill corn until charred on all sides.

Mix all spices and salts on a small plate. Dip cut lime into spice mixture, and rub all around the surface of the charred corn.
