Indian Grilled Corn on the Cob

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of corn, husked and silked
  • 1 tsp ground red chili powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 limes, split in half

LET'S GET COOKING...

  • On an open flame, grill corn until charred on all sides.

  • Mix all spices and salts on a small plate. Dip cut lime into spice mixture, and rub all around the surface of the charred corn.

  • Enjoy right away!
