Hey guys.
I've finally lost 20-30kg which means I'm finally thin! During that I've sadly been starving my body pretty much, not eating any fat, which was a very bad idea. It's come to a scenario where I've lost all my libido and can hardly get erect, beside that I have 0 energy during the day. Therefor I have now tried to put together a weekly meal plan that should give me all the necessary nutrition needed to have a healthy body without gaining weight.
Sadly I do not have much experience with nutrition so I hope that somebody here can confirm that this meal plan is decent. Do you guys think I can avoid gaining weight while getting back my energy & getting enough nutrition with this?
