Delicious homemade chocolate for 5 minutes

To make milk chocolate at home is actually much easier than it might seem at first glance! The ingredients are very simple, the whole process will take 5 minutes + few hours cooling in the freezer. And voila! Delicious, healthy, natural and most importantly the chocolate is ready!

Without additives, vegetable fat, emulsifiers, preservatives, dyes and other chemicals. For kids and Allergy sufferers — just perfect!

So here's how to prepare milk chocolate.

Ingredients:

● Cocoa — 100g ● Cream or milk — 50ml ● Sugar powder — 2 tbsp ● Butter — 50g ● Optionally, you can add vanilla or vanilla sugar, cinnamon, nuts, dried apricots and raisins.

Preparation:

On a small fire, heated the cream without boiling. Dissolve sugar and vanilla.How useful is chocolate + the home recipe. Add the butter and cinnamon. The resulting mixture pour into the cocoa powder in large chunks and carefully stir the mixture.Do not rush immediately to pour out all the liquid, it may be the formation of lumps.

And slightly heated on a steam bath or low heat. Optional to add raisins and walnut. Adding nuts, you make this chocolate is not only delicious but also useful. Distribute the forms and send them to cool in the fridge.
