Lemony Lime Chicken with Fresh Herbs and Wine

5-6 Chicken Thighs

5-6 Chicken Drumsticks

3/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Lime Juice

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Dry White Wine

1 Cup Fresh Basil

1 Cup Fresh Parsley

1/2 Cup Fresh Oregano

1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp Paprika

Garlic-Onion Spice Blend (I like "The Gourmet Collection") sprinkled liberally to top

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, and wine in a large bowl. Stir in garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Wash and roughly chop the herbs. Stir into the olive oil mixture. Add chicken and turn to coat. Pour into large baking pan and arrange chicken pieces.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is nicely browned.
