Quick and Easy: Grilled Shrimp and Mango Horseradish Chutney

A quick and easy shrimp dish with a sweet and horseradish chutney that will knock your socks off.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp, cut and deveined

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp. honey

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1/2 cup mango chutney

  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish

Directions

Combine shrimp with garlic, Dijon mustard and honey. Refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.

Combine the mango chutney and the horseradish and refrigerate 2 hour to overnight.

Grill the shrimp and serve with the chutney on the side.
