[REQUEST] authentic/semi authentic ramen?

About two years ago my husband and I went to this place in my city and had this fantastic bowl of ... I think it was pork ramen. Since then the restaurant has gone, and we live in a smallish city so we haven't found a replacement yet. How difficult is it to make ramen for us here at home? And how pricey is it? We are on a relatively strict budget (50-60$ a week USD in southeastern NC) and I don't want to price myself out of eating for the rest of the week for one recipe.
