INGREDIENTS
*12 ⅓ oz chopped cooked spinach
*7 oz fresh shredded ricotta
*2 eggs
*3 ½ oz grated Parmesan cheese
*Salt
*Chili
*Nutmeg
*2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
*2 round sheets of pie dough
LET'S GET COOKING...

Mix spinach, ricotta, 1 egg, parmesan cheese, salt, chili, nutmeg and breadcrumbs. Reserve.

Place one of the pie dough sheets in a greased pan.

Place some filling in the center.

Place the rest of the filling around the edges of the pie dough sheet.

Cover with another pie dough sheet. Press carefully to remove all air from inside.

Press again with the aid of a fork.

Cut the filled edges with the aid of a scissor turn the edges up.

Make a hole in the center, brush 1 beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven to 350 degrees.
