INGREDIENTS
Dough:

250 gr purple sweet potato

100 gr glutinous rice flour

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. powdered vanilla

50 ml water

Filling:*

Brown sugar
Topping and coat:

Shredded coconut, steamed

Salt
LET'S GET COOKING...

Cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces, and steam until cooked and softened.

Crush the softened sweet potatoes to fine, and then mix glutinous rice flour in.

Knead until it is no longer sticky, cut, and make little dough balls.
-
Fill the dough balls with brown sugar.
-
Boil water, and put the sugar-filled dough balls in it.

Coat the dough balls with shredded coconut.

Serve.
