INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean Ground beef

½ cup bread crumbs

½ a medium onion, finely chopped

4 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp chilli flakes

Salt and Pepper

1/3 cup milk
-
1 egg
-
1 tbsp butter
-
2 clove garlic, grated,

1/3 cup ketchup
-
¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
LET'S GET COOKING...

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all meatball ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment.

Bake for 20 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened slightly.

To serve, add the meatballs to the sauce and cover completely.
