Is this even the right name for what I'm describing? I'm also cooking for three people and this will happen in my kitchen.
I want so use crawfish, Dungeness crab, clams and shrimp (with the head still attached). I also want do to potatoes, corn and sausage. What kind of potatoes and sausage should I use and do I cook those before adding it to the pot or is it served separately?
I'm also looking for how I'm suppose to season it and the cooking process.
