Ingredients
2 Packets Of Spaghetti-es
1-1/2 pound Chicken (cut in small pieces)
Cooking oil 1/4 litre
3-4 onions chopped
4-5 Tomatoes Smashed
Biryani Masla (Spice for Biryani/rice )
1 Tablespoon Garlic and Ginger paste
Chinese salt (sodium glutamate for better taste optional)
Capsicum (4-5 Pieces) cut in small pieces
3 Carrots (cut in small pieces)
1/2 Tablespoon Black pepper
1/2 Tablespoon White Cumin
Add salt
Cooking Directions
Take a cooking oil in a pane and put chopped onions in it, fry the onions until they looked dark brown.
Add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1-2 minutes and add little chili powder ( about 1/2 Tablespoon).
Now add chicken, white cumin, black pepper and Chinese (Monosodium glutamate optional) salt and cook for few minutes.
Now add chopped or smashed tomatoes. And let them cooked until the water dry.
Add capsicum in this level and cooked for 3-4 minutes and finally add Biryani Masla(spices used for Biryani rice).
Boiled 4-5 litres of water in a pot and cook the spaghetties half in it.
Now take a cold water in a pot and put a half baked spaghetties in it. In order to ensure that they're not sticky to each other.
And now separate the spaghetties from water and mixed with cooked mixture slowly.
Keep the piece of paper or cloth on the pot and close the lid of a pot and let the spaghetties cooked on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
Now your delicious recipe is almost ready, served it with your favorite cold drink.
