Ingredients (one dish) - ground pork - firm tofu - Chinese barbecue sauce - soy sauce - vegetable oil - 1/2 spoon salt - 1 spoon flour Instructions - Cut the tofu into 1 1/2 inch cube - To dig 1 hole to every individual tofu cube, so we can put pork in there late on - Mix the ground pork with flour, salt, Chinese barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and one unit of the firm tofu that you dig from the tofu cube earlier - Put the seasoned pork into the hole of the tofu cube and now you have the stuffed tofu - Preheat a pan then put a bit of vegetable oil into the pan - Put the stuffed tofu into the pan with the pork side face down and let it sit for 10 minutes with medium low heat from the stove - Flip the stuffed tofu with the pork side face up and put in a bit of coy sauce surrounding the stuffed tofu and wait until the tofu fully absorb the soy sauce - Turn the stove to High and cooking it for a minute - Then the Stuffed Tofu is ready to serve I have a Youtube video here just for showing how I cook this dish in person https://youtu.be/MWZcg-mADQE I am an amateur.
