My mom used to make a fantastic Caesar salad and I have not been able to get a hold of her. I've tried searching online, but none of them look like hers. They are all white and creamy, but my mom's was more closer to the color of the Dijon mustard added in. And I know she never used egg yolks. I can think off the top of my head few ingredients, 4-6 anchovie fillets, 3-4 garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, I'm pretty sure red wine vinegar was in it too and I don't see it in most recipes, Dijon mustard, very little mayonnaise, oil, and that's all I can remember. I've no idea on specific amounts because she is very "that looks right" type of cooker. I would love if anyone has something resembling this, I know it's kind of specific though lol.
