My own Thai Curry soup that I accidentally discovered(?)

Ingredients:

Half the Cauliflower head, cut into florets.

200g of carrot, baby carrots preferred.

200g of cooked shrimp

1 cup of full fat coconut milk

1 cup of chicken broth or 1 cup of water + 1 tsp bullion

1 smoky sausage link

50g of thai curry paste 1tsp of cayenne pepper 1tsp of paprika

Direction. 1.Slice the sausages, and sautee it in a heavy bottomed pan.

  1. Microwave your veggies in ziplock for 5 minute so that they are alittle softer. Saute it with sausage.

  2. Pour broth or water + bouillon, and boil it for 20 min in medium heat.

  3. Put shrimp, boil for 3 min just enough that it's safe to eat, then take the shrimp out.

  4. Put the veggie+sausage mixture in a blender and blend it til it's smooth.

  5. Add coconut milk, and garnish with shrimp.
