Husband is going out of town for work this week. What are some semi budget friendly meals I can make up for him?

He will have access to a microwave, stove, things like that. I would like to make up something wholesome that can easily be heated up after his long day at work. He is a meat guy. Has to have it at every meal! Ideas please! I want to surprise him with something new and yummy
