Hi, my mom found this recipe for teriyakisauce coated salmon long time ago and I've had it from time to time. Last night was the first time I had it in awhile, it was good, but the woked vegetables just lacked something extra and tasted a little bland. I hoped you could help suggest something I could add to give it something a little extra.
Here is the recipe as is:
Teriyakisalmon with woked vegetables
Recepie for two people.

250g salmon fillets

2 tablespoons teriyakisuace
-
1 tablespoon seasameseeds

1,5 dl brownrice
-
1 red bell pepper, shredded
-
½ yellow or regular zuccini, shredded
-
100g broccoli
-
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
-
½ tablespoons redwinevingegar
-Divide the salmon fillets in two.
-Coat the salmon with teriyakisauce and sprinkle sesame on all sides.
-Put the files in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
-Boil the rice meanwhile.
-Shred the bellpepper in about 5 cm long lengths.
-Divide the broccoli in small bouquets.
-Heat the oil in a wok or fryingpan and fry the vegetables until they've softened, but still have some chewing resistance to them.
-Mix the vinegar.
-Serve the vegetable wok warm with the salmon and rice.
