Ingredients
• 110g butter, softened
• 110g caster sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 110g self-rising flour
• 1 -2 tbsp. milk
for the topping
• 200g white chocolate
• 300g butter, softened
• 300g icing sugar, sifted
• 1-2 tbsp. milk
• Blue food coloring

Method

Preheat the stove to 180°C, 160°C fan, gas stamp 4. Line a 12-gap biscuit tin with paper cases.

Cream together the spread and sugar in a bowl until pale. Beat in the eggs a little at any given moment. Beat in the vanilla concentrate.

Fold in the flour, adding a little drain to give a dropping consistency. Spoon the blend into the paper cases.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until brilliant. Cool on a cooling rack

To influence the white chocolate to spread icing, dissolve the white chocolate in the microwave at that point leave to cool somewhat.

Beat together the spread and icing sugar, adding a little drain to relax. Mix in the cooled white chocolate.

Divide the blend into equal parts and add blue shading to one half. Spoon the two blends into isolated little icing packs at that point put both of these into a bigger icing sack with a star spout and pipe the container cakes with the two hues
