El Yucateco Crab Cheese Ball (amazing)

This never lasts very long, I just made one last night and pretty much ate half of it myself.

Ingredients
1 large package of softened cream cheese
1 can of crab, drained (way better with fresh crab)
2 scallions, chopped (aka green onions)
1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of el yucateco caribbean habanero sauce (I can never find this sauce so I use 1 and a 1/2 tsp of the brown habanero kubik-il mayan sauce)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (1/2 a lemon basically)
¼ cup of chopped nuts (walnuts work really well)
Tortilla chips or crackers (club crackers are my fav for this)

Preparation
1. Combine the cheese with the crab until soft, add the chopped scallions, the worcestershire sauce, the el yucateco caribbean habanero sauce, the lemon juice and form into a ball.
2. Wrap in cling wrap, then place the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

refrigeration time: 2 hours
