Help with Chicken Legs & Thighs

I always like chicken legs and thighs when I eat them at a restaurant or even when somebody else cooks them, but when I make them they always turn out flavorless, weirdly soft textured, with lots of juices leaking out. I want a crispy flavorful exterior with at least a flavorful and ideally nice textured interior. Any ideas for recipes? The other week chicken legs and thighs were on sale and I got a 10-pack for 2$ which is now just sitting in my freezer. I've got an oven, stove, slow cooker, a lot of options to cook with.
