I'd originally ordered 2kg, but received 4kg from Lufa Farms (Montreal rooftop garden) and I have no idea what to do with all of them. I had wanted to try making beet gnocchi, but I'm a little lost on what else I can do with them as it's not something I normally cook with.
Help me, hive mind! You're my only hope!
