I’ve been looking for a really good creamy Mac and cheese that isn’t too soupy, but kind of thicker in the sauce, like it looks a little more like it sticks together than runny?? Like the perfect balance between soupy Mac and cheese and being able to cut it like cake is what I’d want!
The last one I made, the cheddar flavor was way too strong and was a little too dry, according to my friends, so I’m looking for a good recipe to try out! I think southern Mac and cheese is a good descriptor of what I’m looking for? Thanks!
