[QUESTION] Growing up, my grade school had a yearly Polish Festival. They served something similar to these: as big as your hand, deep fried, awesome pierogi. I'm wanting to recreate them for my polish mother. Every recipe I find looks nothing like these. I speak no polish. Help?
