So I just made a bunch of what I guess could be called pickled golden beets. I grated beets up, cooked them in a pan with some water apple cider vinegar, sugar, shallots, and golden raisins. They were awesome on some salmon I made, but now I'm out of salmon and have an Abundance of beets. I hate wasting food so I'm wonder what else I could put these on top of. Maybe some kind of salad?
