My German grandma used to make them all the time, unfortunately shes no longer with us. Scuffles are a pie dough type dough, rolled in sugar and cinnamon, rolled up and baked.
I found her recipe and one online, but it doesnt give an idea to what the dough should look like. I cant find any other recipe online to help.
My dough seems very sticky, it's supposed to chill overnight, wondering if I should add flour before though.
