Could it be argued that the hardest thing about cooking is being able to balance flavors? I find this to be true but not so much for dishes that don't require a large amount of ingredients. I find it to be true for dishes that do require a lot of ingredients. Like in this video (start at 1:13): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPGgJqp5h0w&t=154s..... The video is just an example of how hard it can be to balance flavors. I'm not specially pointing out Hot Pots. What do you think?
