Hi everyone!
My partner bakes plenty and is trying to hunt down a nice recipe for my favourite muffin type. She's tried using orange oil (home made) but doesn't find it to be working. She has both a 6 (really big cafe sized one) and 12 muffin trays, preferring the big ones.
Any help for this would be super appreciated, as baking is not my strong suit.
