Ingredients
- Single slice of bread of any choice
- Butter of your choosing
- Singular egg
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Get a butter knife and lay the slice of bread on a plate
- Spread butter on the slice of bread (no need for it to be soft if its a bit frozen, the eggs should melt it later on, spread it the best you can)
- Take some butter, melt it in a pan over the stove
- Whilst the butter is melting, crack the singular egg open, place it inside of a small cup or bowl, scramble them (i personally like them scrambled, this is how i eat it)
- Pour the now scrambled eggs into your pan, apply a generous amount of salt and pepper.
- Move the scrambled eggs around after five-ten seconds in the pan, continue for about 30 seconds until they are done
- Once the scrambled eggs are done, voila, scrape the scrambled eggs onto the bread, and enjoy.
I personally think this is a way better than just plain eggs and sausage, if you want the supreme version, feel free to use two eggs and two slices of bread and make two separate.
bon appetit
