My diet now is pretty strict and I’m having a hard time with breakfast is anyone has any suggestions?
My diet is gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. Even the natural sugar in fruit and honey is really too high.
I was having eggs and avocado, but now I can’t have eggs now because apparently that aggravates allergies.
Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I can’t get by with just a piece of fruit.
Any suggestions? Good luck :)
