Call for COVID-19 pantry recipes

Since many of us are relying more heavily on our pantries for a while, what are some of your favorite pantry recipes?

Currently I have on hand plenty of eggs, long lasting produce (cauliflower, carrots, onions, potatoes), some tofu, kielbasa, breakfast sausage, dry beans, canned beans, rice, peanut butter, various Asian noodles.

I have standard American spices, and all of the standard Korean ingredients.

What can I make? At the moment, I am most interested in creative ways to use my eggs and tuna. I also have fresh sardines for soup bases etc!
